LoadingBridge 2.0 and PacketElevator 2.0 moving!

The first version of the LoadingBridge and the PacketElevator unfortunately were not fault-tolerant by construction, cause the claws were moved up and down with a tiny rope - now our harbor engineers used a gear bar for the LoadingBridge and a long gearless bar in combination with two big rubber wheels for the PacketElevator.
